Contract Terms

12-month minimum term applies to the Network Pro+ Plan (covers installation, management, and support).
After 12 months, the plan renews monthly on a rolling basis.
Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice.
All network hardware remains client-owned. TTS provides installation, configuration, and ongoing management.
If the agreement is cancelled, management and support services will end, but hardware remains with the client.
