We reached out to James after moving into an old farmhouse, with zero signal, he helped us get set up on our TVs and gave us loads of advice on WiFi! Outstanding Service and Support! What can I say except fantastic service from James! When my laptop suddenly died on Tuesday lunchtime (cue panic — my whole business depends on it!), James immediately came to the rescue. By Wednesday lunchtime, I had a brand-new laptop fully set up, all my data recovered and transferred, and I was back up and running confirming holiday bookings in Aberdovey — all within 24 hours! The service, communication, and clear, jargon-free instructions James provided were excellent. Everything was explained in a way I could easily understand — not in “tech speak,” which I really appreciated. His professionalism, efficiency, and calm support throughout were truly exceptional. James installed a new CCTV camera setup for me, gave me advice on which cameras to get and which not to get, installed everything quickly and with no fuss. He routed Ethernet for power cleanly and helped tidy up existing cabling.
