Managed business VoIP service with inclusive call bundles, flexible numbering, and device support. Each phone number comes with its own minutes allowance, and can be registered on up to 3 devices. Example Setup – Small Office

2 phone numbers (main line + support), 3× Yealink desk phones:

  • Site Fee: £10/month
  • 2 numbers × £9.50: £19/month
  • 3 devices × £5: £15/month
  • Total Monthly (management): £44
  • One-off Number Porting: £20 per number (if moving existing lines)
  • Handset Purchase: from £69.99 per device
  • Minimum Term: 12 months

Fair Use Policy (Simplified)

  • Each number includes 1,000 UK mobile + 1,000 UK landline outbound minutes per month.
  • Inbound calls are unlimited (subject to fair use).
  • Outbound calls must not exceed 75% of total calls (inbound + outbound). Example: If you make 300 calls in a month, at least 75 of them must be inbound. If all 300 are outbound, this would breach fair use.
  • No rollover – unused minutes reset monthly.
  • No automated diallers, bulk marketing, or call centre use.
  • Forwarded/diverted calls charged at standard rates.

Terms

  • 12-month minimum term applies per number. Early termination fees will apply if cancelled before the end of term.
  • All handsets remain client-owned. TTS provides installation, configuration, and ongoing management.
  • If the agreement is cancelled, management and support services will end, but hardware remains with the client.
