Support Plans & Pricing

Total Tech Support offers flexible monthly support packages for desktops, laptops, and servers – ideal for home users, remote workers, and small business teams. Each plan includes clearly defined services and a fixed monthly fee for the initial 12-month term, reviewed at renewal to ensure pricing remains fair and sustainable. 2. Core Support Rates

In addition to your plan’s included allowance, support is billed at the following published rates:

  • Remote Support (standard hours): £12.50 per 15 minutes
  • On-Site Support (standard hours): £60 per hour
  • Evenings & Weekends: 1.5× standard rate (£18.75 per 15 minutes remote / £90 per hour on-site)
  • UK Public Holidays: 2× standard rate (£25 per 15 minutes remote / £120 per hour on-site)
  • Travel: On-site visits within the Telford area are included. Mileage may be charged for visits outside Telford.

3. Optional Add-Ons

Additional services can be added to any plan as required:

  • Managed Wi-Fi: Remote management of UniFi or equivalent hardware.
  • Website hosting: Secure hosting with SSL, backups, and maintenance.
  • Domain & email management: Registration, DNS setup, Microsoft 365 integration.
  • Parental Control Software: Filtering and management tools to help control online access for children and staff where required.

4. Rate Reviews & Transparency

Plan fees are fixed for the duration of the initial 12-month term and may be reviewed at renewal. Support rates and plan allowances are reviewed periodically to reflect inflation, operating costs, and service improvements. The live version on this page always takes precedence over any printed or previously supplied copy.
