6. Core Support Rates

In addition to your plan’s included allowance, support is billed at the following published rates:

  • Remote Support (standard hours): £12.50 per 15 minutes
  • On-Site Support (standard hours): £60 per hour
  • Evenings & Weekends: 1.5× standard rate
  • UK Public Holidays: 2× standard rate
  • Travel: Mileage may be charged for visits outside Telford.

7. Rate Reviews & Transparency

Plan, hosting, network, VoIP, and Microsoft licensing fees are fixed for the duration of the initial 12-month term and may be reviewed at renewal. Service allowances and features are reviewed periodically to reflect inflation, operating costs, and service improvements. The live version on this page always takes precedence over any printed or previously supplied copy.
